Think of a Mantra as a vehicle for ou mind, you can drive it towards self-love and abundance, or you can drive it towards criticism and negative energy that simply doesn’t serve you. Mantras are the ancient practice of repeating a word or phrase multiple times. It has the power to rewire your brain on a subconscious level if repeated daily.
Think of how you feel when you look in the mirror and tell yourself “I hate my body” as opposed to waking up and repeating to yourself that you can achieve anything you set your mind to. You have the power to change your mind, and physically change your brain by choosing positive thoughts. Here are some mantras you can use to change your life and find happiness.
“I Have Everything I Need”
This affirmation of gratitude acknowledges that although you are thriving to make the most of your potential, you aren’t doing out of a void, or scarcity. You are not tying yourself so that your happiness depends on material possessions. You are learning to appreciate the little things that create the big picture.
You can add to this mantra by saying “I am not driven by possessions or the approval of others. I give as much as I take. All is well, right here, right now,” while still leaving room to be open to receiving more.
