Adele Claims Her Saturn Moon Turned Her Life Upside Down—Could Yours Have Too?
Are you suddenly finding yourself reassessing your whole existence and really paying to what makes you happy? Perhaps you're looking for a change and purpose. It all could have to do with Your Saturn return.
In terms of astrology, Saturn is the sixth planet from the Sun and the second-largest in the Solar System, after Jupiter. Yet spiritually it means more than that. Saturn is supposed to signify long-term strategy, hard work, and discipline. The moon aligns with the short-term cycle of the day, weeks, and months. Yet Saturn comes around through the long-term cycle of a person's lifetime. It takes into play both their past and their future lifetimes.
For international sensation Adele, the return of her Saturn Moon meant that her whole life was about to turn upside down. Here's how.

Adele described to Vogue that this was the beginning of the events that led hear to her year of Anxiety.

Things weren't getting any easier when in 2007 she had to cancel two whole shows. In an interview with Vogue, she explains: "I think once my voice rests it doesn't want to come back for a while," she says. I think that's what happened. The momentum went."
Canceling her shows meant that she was disappointing a whole 200,000 people who were scheduled to watch her perform. Adele was devasted but she knew that the risk of pushing through would mean that she could never be allowed to perform again.
When She Hit Her Saturn Return, It Got Even Worse

When things seemed like they couldn't get any worse, Adele recalls: "Then I hit my Saturn return." This period was so significant that Adele got Saturn tattooed on her wrist. "It's where I lost the plot."
Adele explained that It takes 27 to 32 years for Saturn to fully orbit around the sun and come back to the position it was in when you were born. Let's just say that its return is not gentle. In Adele's words: "When that comes, it can rock your life. It shakes you up a bit: Who am I? What do I want to do? What makes me truly happy? All those things."
Saturn's Return Might Be Behind Her Divorce

Adele doesn't necessarily blame Saturn's return with the timing of her divorce from her husband Konecki, and her child's father. Yet the two go hand and hand. The divorce was a result of Saturn's return because it forced Adele to really evaluate what it is that made her happy.
She realized that she was just going through the motions and wasn't actually happy. Reflecting back she says: Neither of us hurt each other or anything like that. It was just: I want my son to see me really love, and be loved. It's really important to me."

Since, She's Been On A Journey To Healing
Saturn's return isn't meant to be a defining moment that just transforms your life. Rather it's like a wake up call that then leads to a process of discovery and healing. For Adele she says: "I've been on my journey to find my true happiness ever since." But how?
Adele has been going to therapy and doing a lot of work on confronting her inner child and her shadow self. She realized that a lot of relationships with men lead back to the one she shared with her dad. She realized her anxiety came from her fear of getting hurt because of "not being sure if someone who is supposed to love you loves you, and doesn't prioritize you in any capacity when you're little. You assume it and get used to it."
This put her in a "You're going to hurt me, so I'll hurt you first" mentality that turned out toxic and prevents her from finding her actual happiness.
As A Taurus, She Needed Predictability And Stability
Adele's healing process was very gradual and not at all linear. She kept waiting for the moment that everything would finally make sense and she would finally find happiness. As a Tauras, she loved to be able to schedule and predict outcomes, and not having a way to do the same for her happiness led to a lot of anxiety.
She would often ask her friends: When will I stop feeling like this? " To which they would respond "In time" Yet she would still ask : " Yeah, but how much time? And one of them cried and was just like, I don't know. It's gonna be a ride. And it was."
So How Did Adele Get Through It?
Adele came out on the other side, showing the rest of us that there is a light at the end of the tunnel even though it wasn't easy. When asked how she explains: "It was a lot of sound baths. It was a lot of meditation. It was a lot of therapy. And a lot of time spent on my own."
That's how she gained the slim figure that is so talked about in the media. "The gym was key: 'It became my time. I realized that when I was working out, I didn't have any anxiety. It was never about losing weight. I thought, If I can make my body physically strong, and I can feel that and see that, then maybe one day I can make my emotions and my mind physically strong."
