Check Out The Volcano That Spews Blue Lava (Photos)

In East Java, Indonesia, the Kawah Ijen volcano produces molten sulfur from its sides. Miners divert the sulfur to the volcano's crater to cool, where they then harvest and sell it. The burning chemical appears red during the day, but at night, blue lava and flames become visible on the volcano.

For the miners, their job is incredibly dangerous. They have no protective gear and often simply wear pants and t-shirts when they collect the material, despite the toxic fumes given off by molten sulfur. Check it out:
