Dr. Yang, Jing-Wing
Dr. Yang is a Qi Gong master and wrote the book The Root of Chinese Qi Gong: Secrets of Health, Longevity & Enlightenment. He is the founder of YMAA, which is an organization that seeks to preserve and continue the traditional Chinese styles of Kung Fu and Qi Gong. The organization routinely publishes training material and books and offers advanced Kung Fu training programs.
Dr. Yang also wrote Simple Qi Gong: Exercises for Back Pain, which according to many is the most effective treatment for chronic back pain they’ve ever encountered. There are many other informative videos by Dr. Yang which include his standing and seated series of gentle moving meditations,Qi Gong: The Eight Pieces of Brocade. It makes for a perfect meditation set. His DVD series Tai Chi for Beginners with Master Yang is an solid introduction to Tai Chi, and Five Animal Sports Qi Gong is a wonderful, long form qi gong sequence that includes the five traditional healing sounds from Chinese medicine.
Grandmaster Hua-Ching Ni
Grandmaster Ni is a Daoist master and has written over 50 books on Chinese philosophy, 40 of which appear in English as well. He has also written books on Tai Chi and Taoist meditation. He himself is a philosopher and was chosen as a child to study the wise hermits who opted out of civilization. He is now solely responsible for the transmission of knowledge that has gone uninterrupted for 74 generations now.
Grandmaster Ni is the teacher of The Integral Way. Master Ni’s many works include enlightening spiritual books like Workbook for Spiritual Development of All People, and Tao, the Subtle Universal Law and the Integral Way. Master Ni also published I Ching The Book of Changes: And the Unchanging Truth.
Shifu Yan Lei
Shifu Yan Lei is a Shaolin Monk who has dedicated his entire life to training and performing various feats. He has taken to the internet where heshares his vast knowledge with the world on his website. He has produced training programs and videos for kick boxers and fighters of many backgrounds.
