I'm so grateful for the people who don't give up on me
Below you will find six lesser known laws of gratitude that will have a significant impact on your life! Let us know your feedback in the comments below.
1. You don't need more than what you have.
This doesn't apply to people who don't have enough to survive, that is food, shelter, and clean water, but chances are, if you're looking at this on a smart phone or computer, you live a better life than billions of people worldwide.
You have what you need. You don't need more. That doesn't necessarily mean you don't strive for more, but you don't need more.
2. Be present in order to be grateful.
You can't truly be grateful for the people and things in your life if you don't exist in the present. Your blessings begin with the breaths your taking right now.
The greatest thing you can do is find yourself grateful for this exact moment in life.
3. Gratitude is the highest praise.
To be grateful for people in your life is the greatest gift, the highest praise, that you could possibly give them.
Maybe some people don't stay in your life forever, and that is okay in a way. You can still be grateful for the fact that your paths crossed at all.
4. The more grateful you are, the more you attract good things.
When you experience gratefulness for everything you have, you immediately make it more likely that good people and good things will be attracted to you. You attract more flies with honey than vinegar, right?
5. Being grateful makes you happy.
Yet being happy doesn't always mean you're grateful. Feeling gratitude helps you to feel truly happy. When you're grateful for what's in your life, happiness seems to come naturally.
6. Gratitude forces you to forgive.
It doesn't matter how badly you've been burned by someone, we learn a little bit about ourselves and the world from each person we allowed into our lives, and for that, we should be grateful.
Do you want to stress less, sleep better, and feel abundantly happier... without drugs or anything crazy?
