Breathe life back into a relationship or continue to strengthen the non sexual aspect of your relationship with your lover. Make time for one another to do things that you both enjoy and are non sexual. Go on adventures, go for walks, do puzzles, or just spend a lazy afternoon hanging out with each other.

Open Up And Share

Talk to one another and share feelings and history. Explore your partner’s history and personality. They are a unique and rich personality, as you find out information, respect their individuality and choices. This is a two way street so don’t hold out on them.

Cook And Eat Together

Cooking and eating together is an age old bonding method. The courtesy and love that you can pour into a meal and the setting, is easy to recognize and enjoy. Don’t view cooking as a chore, it is a labor of love. Through cooking we can express our individuality, culture and love.

Be Affectionate, Have Fun, And Express Appreciation

This seems obvious and it is. In fact, it seems so common sense that that it is often overlooked. People don’t actively do these things, it is assumed that fun, appreciation and affection will develop. This is a poor assumption, if people don’t actively do certain actions they will fall to the way side. You don’t always have to plan something over the top and super extravagant.
