It’s a common mistake that people make, to try to find happiness from outside of yourself. We think that with the right clothes, the right partner, the right house and the best stuff, we’ll be happy.

But that’s not exactly how happiness works.

Happiness will never come from a job, money, or possessions. Happiness comes from within and it is something you will need to actively work on every single day!

You’re critical of yourself or others. Often when we’re unhappy, we’ll be critical of others to make them feel like we do, and even worse, we’re critical of ourselves.
