5 Signs It's Time To Quit Your Job

With the unemployment rate dwindling to the lowest levels since before the Great Recession, more and more people are feeling flexible in the workplace. Having a job and holding onto it for dear life is considerably less of a priority.

While this generation of people is more loyal to jobs than any other before it, we're finally seeing the ability to move around.

If the answer to any of the following is yes, it may be time to find a new hob.

1. You don't see eye to eye with your boss.

Realistically, you shouldn't have to. Your supervisor is there to supervise and issue directives. But if there are some fundamental problems in your workplace and your boss just can't seem to work with you, it may be time to move on.

2. You're not excited to go to work.

Part of feeling happy is feeling useful. Feeling like you bring something unique to the table. Without this, you'll feel burnt out on work. If you can't get yourself pumped up to go to work and do a good job, it's time to move on.
