This Couple Is “Selling” Their $400,000 Home For $150 And A 200-Word Essay

Okay, this is a pretty cool story. Michael Wachs, a real estate agent, and his wife have decided to basically give away their Houston, Texas home for a 200 word essay and $150.

Michael and Stephanie are waiting to receive 3,000 “offers” on the house, at which point they’ll decide who gets the house. The entrant will receive their $150 back.

The home was built in 1920. It’s a 1,056 square foot house with hardwood floors and a 2 car garage. They’re still accepting offers through their website until June 13th. If you want to enter, you’d better hurry!
