This Man Discovered Some Of The Most Important Photographs Of The 20th Century On Accident
John Maloof, a historical hobbyist, bought a box full of photo negatives at a local auction for $380, but had no idea what he stumbled onto. The photographs were taken in the 1950's and 1960's by a photographer named Vivian Maier. Her focus on life on the streets in the middle of the twentieth century were stunning and incredible. She documented all sorts of life in the big city. Check out her photos:
