People around the world prefer their coffee a certain way. Some people drink it black, others like to add a little milk (cow's milk, almond milk, soy milk, etc.). Other people want nothing more than the latest barista-inspired coffee creation.

Whipped coffee is the latest trend for coffee. This coffee is also known as dalgona coffee.

For those of you that don't know, whipped coffee is made by mixing instant coffee with sugar and water. After, you need to spoon over the coffee on milk.

The way that whipped coffee became so viral is thanks to a TikTok video which was viewed more than 10 million times.

The coffee is very easy to make and in this situation, people are preparing to make it replace the usual fancy coffee that they used to get from their coffee shops.

People have tried making this coffee and posting pictures of it on social media. The experiments that they make look insanely good.

Here's how @connievolume shared the first attempt at making this coffee:

The recipe is a simple mix of two tablespoons of instant coffee and two tablespoons of sugar.

Add 2 tablespoons of water to the mixture and use a frother or a hand mixer to make the creamy topping.

The topping can be added on top of a milk of your choice. You can scoop the foamy mixture onto the hot or cold milk.

A YouTube channel called Simply Mama Cooks posted a tutorial on how to make this beverage:

An Instagrammer @tracy.han.ph added boba to hers and it looks awesome:

Adding chocolate or sprinkles as toppings to the beverage is also very popular with people posting pictures of it on social media.

The coffee mixture went viral on all social media. If you search the hashtag #dalgonacoffee on Instagram, you will get more than 21,000 results.

This amazing creation from the Instagram user @pistachiopicks notes the way you can use the frother, electric whisk, spoon, or whisk to get the flawless foam.

Even though social distancing is making people stay at home during the coronavirus epidemic, you have a chance to get the coffee fix without ever leaving your home or going to your favorite coffeehouse with this recipe.

Experiment as much as you want and find your ideal way to make this coffee.

South Korea is the root of dalgona coffee. Here, a popular candy known as dalgona or ppogi is created.

They heat up sugar, oil, and baking soda and mix it until it becomes thick and fluffy. After they let the mixture harden and they sell it to customers as candy.

Give this amazing coffee a try and maybe you'll find your cravings for going outside diminish.
