This is just a friendly reminder that as much as our birth charts, astrology, and numerology can reveal about our past, present and future, we should not rely on it as a crutch. This means that our zodiacs were never meant to justify toxic behavior or condone bad habits. Our alignment with the stars may reveal a lot of dark secrets but it is up to us to use that knowledge to better ourselves and the universe we live in, not use it as an excuse for our behavior.

Judging Others

Zodiac signs might indicate that certain signs use their logic over their hearts or are too emotional to ever be able to stop crying, but this is quite a surface level of interpretation. There are 7.6 people in the world and there is no way to predict their entre personalities in just twelve categories.

Rather our zodiacs may explain our tendencies. They shouldn’t be used to put people in boxes.

Spreading The Good Word

We can’t expect to impose our ideologies and beliefs on others. When a loved one comes to us for support, we should listen and provide valuable advice rather than simply redirect to that day’s horoscope.

If we truly follow and believe in astrology, then we know better than to simply follow without reflection. We know that each one of us has to do a lot of exploration, and we understand the power of human connection.

We cannot use astrology to justify toxic behavior. It doesn’t matter how much of the characteristics of a sign apply to you, they’re meant to bring you awareness, not give you an excuse to act like trash

Use your readings productively. While it’s nice to find comfort in what they reveal, don’t stop there. Go beyond that to discover what you can do about it.

Dealing With Emotions

When we’re feeling down, it’s easy to look up if the moon is in retrograde to give our emotions an explanation. This makes it seem like our feelings are outside of our control and are simply dictated by a higher power.

This is not the case at all. While the alignment of the planets may make us more likely to feel a certain way and influence our behavior, we don’t suddenly become marionettes that don’t have their own minds, soul and body.

Listening Blindly

There is an overload of information out there today and it’s up to you to take the steps to differentiate between the make-belief content and the guided, wise, experienced, and researched content.

There is a difference between coincidence and divine timing. While everything might happen for a reason, it’s applicable on a bigger scale and not necessarily dependent on what horoscope you read that day.
