Mantras are the ancient practice of repeating a word or phrase multiple times. It has the power to rewire your brain on a subconscious level if repeated daily.

Think of how you feel when you look in the mirror and tell yourself “I hate my body” as opposed to waking up and repeating to yourself that you can achieve anything you set your mind to. This affirmation of gratitude acknowledges that although you are thriving to make the most of your potential, you aren’t doing out of a void, or scarcity. You are not tying yourself so that your happiness depends on material possessions. You are learning to appreciate the little things that create the big picture.

You can add to this mantra by saying “I am not driven by possessions or the approval of others. I give as much as I take. All is well, right here, right now,” while still leaving room to be open to receiving more.

“I Am Enough”

​”I AM” mantras in general are really powerful because they put the focus back on you. They instil you with self love and confidence that give you tools to accomplish anything you set your mind to.

When you convince yourself that you are enough, you stop making excuses. You stop justifying why you haven’t done it yet and take control as you make plan of what you’re going to do to get whatever it is that you want.

This mantra mixed in with “all I need comes to me when I need it” is a way to practice trusting in divine timing. When we want something we tend to want it now, even if we wouldn’t know how to handle or keep it at that moment.

Just because you don’t have something yet, it doesn’t mean you never will. It simply means that you will when the time is right. Think of it like a journey where you pick lessons and tools along the way that put you in the best spot to receive it.

These kinds of mantras put you in a position of already feeling fulfilled. Abundance isn’t just monetary, you can have abundant relationships or an abundant spirit.
