In the world of psychology, ink blot tests have been given to a variety of patients who have troubles describing certain feelings that they otherwise would have troubles expressing without the ink blots displayed to them.
This critical way of thinking is aimed to trigger certain emotions within yourself that you have an association with the way the ink blot makes you feel and giving you a word that best describes which ink blot represents the feeling most to you.
The longer you stare at the ink blots the more you let them provoke parts of your brain to look deeper and deeper until you have the “correct” answer.
It’s best that you take your time, think about each individual word, and letting your brain decide which ink blot expresses more of the feeling to you.
